Why pay several hundred dollars a night for a small hotel room, when you can enjoy the space and privacy of a whole beach house instead!
Location
Saweni Beach is approximately 20 mins from Nadi Airport by car. The Beach House is located right on Saweni Beach, at the far end of the Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel property.
Accommodation
The Beach House comprises - 2 airconditioned bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms --2 airconditioned bedrooms with twin beds that share a 3rd bathroom --Spacious living area with ceiling fans and glass louvres for natural ventilation, giant bamboo Balinese-style furniture including a sofa and chaise longue for relaxing and napping --TV, DVD and sound system --Modern open plan kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, crockery, and utensils --Polished timber floors throughout --Wrap-around shaded verandah --Hammock by the beach -- Mahogany sun-loungers --Use of hotel swimming pool -- All windows insect-screened --Beautiful ocean, bay and mountain views.

INCLUSIONS: The following are included in the rates: Maid Service (every 3rd day of stay, or mid- week for 1 week rentals); Bed Linen and Bath Towels; Crockery and Utensils; Electricity and Gas; Use of Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel swimming pool.
EXCLUSIONS: The following are NOT included in the rates: Airport meet and greet/airport transfer; Food and Drink; Telephone/Fax (available through hotel); Laundry; Beach Towels and Snorkling Equipment; Personal Items and Expenses; Baggage Handling; Any Excessive or Special Cleaning required.
MINIMUM STAY: The minimum stay period is 3 nights. During the Christmas/New Year period however the minimum stay period is 5 nights.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, with check-out by 10 am on the day of departure. An earlier check- in time of 12 noon may be possible if the Beach House is available and ready. However, guests arriving into Nadi in the early hours of the morning who wish to check-in immediately upon arrival at Saweni will need to book the Beach House from the night before. Late check-outs (additional fee) may be possible depending on forward bookings.
Facilities
TELEPHONE: The house does not have a telephone. We can arrange for a prepaid Fiji SIM card for your GSM mobile phone if you wish, as the Beach House is within the Vodafone Fiji coverage area. Alternatively, calls may be made from the payphone at the reception area of the Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel. Faxes may be sent from/received at the Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel (charges will apply to outgoing faxes), and the reception at the Hotel will take telephone messages for guests of the Beach House during office hours. Internet access however is not available on site; there are internet cafes in Lautoka and Nadi.
SMOKING: The Beach House is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
ELECTRICITY: The Beach House has 24 hour mains electrical power.
HOT WATER: The Beach House has a solar hot water system which can be electrically boosted in the event of (rare!) cloudy days.
LINEN AND TOWELS: Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and will be changed every 3rd day (or mid-stay for 1 week rentals). Maid service is available every 3rd day of stay, or mid-week for 1 week rentals. Beach towels are not provided; please bring your own.
LAUNDRY: The Beach House does not have a washing machine or dryer, but the reception at the Saweni Beach Apartment Hotel can arrange to have your washing done for F$5 a bag. The House has an iron and ironing board for guests’ use.
CHILDREN: Please be aware that the Beach House is raised up off the ground, and that the wrap-around verandah does not have any child-proof fencing or railings; guests should make their own determination as to whether the accommodation is suitable for children.
